A question for wikkans, healers, geomancers… ?

I am making a necklace for a friend of mine. This friend believes in the healing power of stones and so forth. I’ve never done much study in this area, but I was thinking of using jet, kunzite amethyst, black agate, black tourmaline, and silver. Would these choices be good/bad/inconsequential?
I really don’t want to offend my friend.

Jet – protection, purification, grounding
Kunzite – divine love, emotional healing
Amethyst – good meditation stone
Black Agate – not something I’ve seen much of, but protecting and communication

Silver – conduction (I’m assuming silver wire to wrap everything together and allow it to be strung)
