Does using insulin guarantee you will become diabetic?

The use of insulin in bodybuilding is quite beneficial if used properly (from what i’ve heard and read from lots of people) but does it’s use only after a post-workout meal (cycling for maybe 4 weeks on and then a few weeks off) cause the body to quit producing natural insulin permanently, resulting in the user becoming a diabetic for life?
I know that using exogenous insulin as a primary insulin source when your body naturaly produces it just fine will cause your pancreas to stop producing insulin but will this still happen if you only use a slight amount (2-5 i.u. ONCE a day after a post-workout meal)? ((I know the amount will vary depending on the amount of carbohydrates ingested in the post-workout meal.))
