I recently discovered how to have an ultra bath to help my body detox. Detoxing is really just another name for cleansing. A toxin is anything that causes harmful or irritating effects in our bodies.

Every day we are exposed to chemicals in our environment, plus air and water pollution, and radiation. Our diets consist of refined foods, lots of sugar, and we are often using antibiotics to fight off illnesses. And our stress levels are really hurting our bodies. I want to tell you how to have a relaxing, detoxing bath. I am currently reading The UltraMind Solution by Dr. Mark Hyman and he lists one of the keys to ultra wellness as “enhancing detoxification.” Dr. Hyman talks about learning how to press the “pause” button on our lives to help us relax and handle stress better. Here is a great detox bath salt recipe. For the ultra bath, fill your tub with hot water. While the water is filling, add two cups of Epsom salts, a half cup of baking soda, and ten drops of lavender oil. Be sure to put the lavender oil on the Epsom salts before dumping that under the running water so that the lavender oil gets deeply into the water rather than just sitting on top of it. Get in and soak for twenty minutes. Light a candle and put on music too, if you are so inclined. After soaking in your ultra bath, massage your skin with a massage mitt or flannel. I like to dry brush my skin before getting in the tub too.

Epsom salts are pure magnesium, which the body needs to maintain healthy tissues. Magnesium draws off toxins and improves circulation. It has a real body cleansing effect. Taking Calcium & Magnesium in a tablet and soaking in an ultra bath can really help your body relax and get rid of toxins in this way. Of course, there are other ways to rid your body of toxins, such as exercising, saunas, massage, and as I mentioned before, enhancing your diet to improve elimination.

The Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition is the manufacturers flagship mobile phone for 2009 and is available in both a red and blue colour scheme, the colours relate only to the accents on the exterior and the slide out keypad and not the entire casing colour which in both instances is a brushed metal effect grey.

This new Smartphone from Samsung promises great quality pictures. With  an inbuilt 8 mega pixel camera, which helps in getting a great resolution of the video shots, as well as astounding clarity and quality in the videos shot, this sure can make shooting, and being shot, all the more fun. The Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition also possesses integrated GPS technique. It provides A-GPS function, along with camera geo-tagging for landmark and friends, and route 66 navigation. This ensures that you are not left circling around that new road or town you just felt like discovering a few minutes back, but are unable to find your way back now. Geo tagging allows users to capture the time, date and location of the shot beneath the captured photo to revive the sweet memories whenever they view the photo again.

But, all these features would be meaningless, if the cell didn’t provide enough memory to preserve all these, especially since the resolution is higher, and requires more memory space. This problem too is resolved, by the phone having 80 MB internal memory, and 16 GB expandable memory. Thus in spite of storing a multitude of photos, the speed and memory space will be affected only marginally.

All in all, a great phone to invest for, if you are looking for some great quality videos, with some enviable extra features like document viewer and good internet facilities thrown in. This handset is packaged in a thin and terrific 12.7mm attractive shell and is available from free on all UK networks.
