Kinoki foot patches?

well there was this commercial on tv, and the product was a foot patch thing called kinoki. Its suppose to remove toxins, and other harmful stuff from your body when you sleep. you place it on your foot and when you wake up in the morning the patch is suppose to be black, and full of toxins and other harmful stuff. I was interested but it seemed really fake to me, i was just wondering if n e 1 knows if this product really works or not. If it does should i buy it?
