Could I be taking my supplements incorrectly by taking them together?
I take my multi-vitamin, Fish oil, Milk Thistle, Ginkgo Biloba, and vitex (chaste fruit) at the same time after I have breakfast in the morning. Later in the afternoon I take one more Vitex and 7 drops False unicorn tincture. I also drink one cup raspberry leaf tea mid morning and one cup sting nettle tea mid afternoon. Before bed I drink one cup chamomile tea and one cup chamomile, peppermint with valerian (sleepy time extra). I’m concerned that I could be taking too many supplements together in the morning and not getting their proper benefits or that certain times of the day are better for certain supplements. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
It definitely sounds like you are on the right track with all your vitamins and teas. I would not worry about when you take them, although I have heard it is best to take vitamins with food as it helps them absorb better.
I take a tablespoon of Cod Liver oil in the morning, and then take the rest of my vits ( calcium, tonalin, flaxseed oil, chromium piccolinate, folic acid, alpha lipoic acid, b complex, multi v ) with the biggest meal I eat each day, which tends to be my lunch.
