Silly String got into my cats eye?

My sister and I had silly string and we were spraying it everywhere and some of it accidently hit my cats eye and now his eye has gona over to the left of his head, Is it just irritated? What do I do?

Try to rinse well with water. It will just be irratated for a while. Should be fine.
