where do i bought rose berry essential oil in cosmetic shop,herbal store,drug store or where?

There is no rose berry. Do you mean rose hip? There is a carrier oil made of rose hips, but not an essential oil. There is a rose (petal)essential oil, but it’s very expensive. I’m not sure if they sell it in health food or herb stores, but those would be your best bet to try.
